10月9日，商务部连续发布数项关于稀土管制的重要公告，分别从延伸稀土管制适用范围、扩大稀土管制范围、保护关键技术、管控加工设备和原辅料等几个方面加强稀土出口管制水平。受此消息影响，钕铁硼厂商担心出口受影响，采购谨慎，以补生产库存为主；同时市场货源充足，导致镨钕价格振荡下行。
