This week's rare earth market trend showed that the prices of PrNd metal, Nd metal, and Tb metal remained stable and unchanged. According to Asian Metal's weekend data, the prices are as follows: PrNd metal 543-546RMB/KG; Nd metal 550-555RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 1570-1590 RMB/KG; Tb metal 8720-8820 RMB/KG.

中美伦敦经贸会谈后，中国将加快向美国出口稀土，但目前的稀土出口量仍未达到4月初水平，且美国部分军工企业磁钢库存告急。欧美国家最快掌握钕铁硼全工艺流程并投产最少需要3-5年时间。另有消息称，美国已取消对中国芯片设计软件出口限制。中国以稀土出口应对美国的关税以及软件、芯片等高科技出口限制的措施取得初步的成效。
After the economic and trade talks between China and the United States in London, China will accelerate the export of rare earths to the United States. However, the current export volume of rare earths has not yet reached the level of early April, and some military enterprises in the United States are facing a shortage of magnet inventory. It takes at least 3-5 years for European and American countries to master the entire process of NdFeB production and start production. It is also reported that the United States has lifted the export restrictions on Chinese chip design software. China's measures to counter the tariffs imposed by the United States and the restrictions on high-tech exports such as software and chips have achieved initial success through rare earth exports.
含重稀土钕铁硼两用物资证审批以及海关查验，大幅降低钕铁硼出口量。因此镨钕、镝铁、铽等价格在出口政策没有大的改变情况下，预计还会继续保持稳定。
The approval process for dual-use materials containing heavy rare earth neodymium-iron-boron and customs inspection have significantly reduced the export volume of neodymium-iron-boron. Therefore, under the condition that the export policy does not undergo major changes, the prices of praseodymium-neodymium, dysprosium iron, terbium, etc. are expected to remain stable.
